Leadership renewal through ritual, responsibility, and reach. A hands-on incubator for those navigating the highs and lows of leadership

🌾BETA COHORT DETAILS

  • Size: 6–8 participants

  • Cost: $50 (or free with testimonial and participation commitment)

  • Format: 3 sessions, 60-90 min each on Zoom

  • Dates: August 13th, 20th, 27th

  • Requirements:

    • Attend all 3 sessions live

    • Complete feedback form after each session

    • Submit a 1-minute video or written testimonial

    • Participate in private Facebook group

    • Grant permission for light use of video (group shots, breakout visuals)

🎯 PROGRAM GOALS & OBJECTIVES

Participants will:

  • Define a leadership identity rooted in personal and cultural values

  • Learn and apply the four “Sweetgrass Strands” (Ritual, Responsibility, Resilience, Reach)

  • Create a personal Leadership Blueprint

  • Practice embodied, reflective leadership through group discussion and journaling

  • Access community and spiritual grounding as part of growth
